Network Device Installation & Deployment

IT refresh and new deployments for network switches, firewalls, routers, and SD-WAN devices. Local teams perform staging, rack & stack and commissioning in collaboration with remote technical leads.

Server & Storage Installation

Global deployment projects with regional installation of servers and storage at APAC sites. Brocent FSS technicians handle all physical installation, cabling and initial configuration.

WiFi & A/V Installation

Cloud-based WiFi AP deployment and decommission of legacy wireless overnight. Golden-badge FSS supports design, coordination, installation, cabling and joint testing for digital signage, video conferencing and SBC devices.

Rack & Stack Project Management

Full rack and stack project management including receiving & unpacking, inventory check, assembly & mounting, power/network cabling, asset tagging, firmware & BIOS upgrades, QA inspection and custom pre-installation testing.

Offsite Staging & Onsite UAT

IT equipment shipped to Brocent's staging centre to pre-load configuration and test before delivery, saving on-site service time. On-site engineers then execute the installation plan and run the full UAT to verify design and system features.
