Expand to Asia. IT Support from Day One.
Brocent gives European and North American companies the local engineers, regulatory compliance, and flexible support model they need to operate confidently across Greater China, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, and India — without the risk of long-term commitments.
Why Asia Expansion IT Fails
Three problems every global company hits in Asia
Regulatory complexity you didn't prepare for
China's PIPL, Japan's APPI, Singapore's PDPA, and Hong Kong's PDPO each impose different obligations. Most global IT teams don't discover the gaps until an audit or breach notification deadline arrives.
Local IT partners that disappear at midnight
Break-fix vendors in Asia lack the SLA discipline that European and North American companies expect. Language gaps, inconsistent documentation, and slow escalation paths destroy productivity during critical incidents.
Headcount budgets built for steady state, not pilots
Hiring local IT staff for a 50-person pilot office in Vietnam — or a new WFOE in Shanghai — is expensive, risky, and slow. Traditional MSP contracts lock you into minimum terms before you know if the market will work.
The Brocent G2A Model
Three things we do differently
Token Service — pay for support hours you actually use
Instead of signing a 12-month managed services contract, you purchase a pool of engineering tokens. Deploy them across any combination of countries, scale up as headcount grows, and carry forward unused hours. No minimum term. No stranded costs. Perfect for pilot markets and multi-country rollouts where demand is unpredictable.
How Token Service works →Local engineers, central oversight
Our 2,548 certified field engineers operate in 100+ countries with fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Malay, Vietnamese, Hindi, and English. We maintain consistent documentation, standardised tooling, and a single escalation path — so your IT manager in Frankfurt gets the same quality of resolution report as your CTO in New York.
View our coverage map →Compliance expertise built into every engagement
We have dedicated compliance specialists for PIPL, MLPS 2.0, ICP licensing, APPI, PDPO, PDPA, and MAS TRM. When regulation changes — and in Asia it changes often — our clients receive proactive guidance, not reactive incident reports.

The Smart Expansion Model
Why Token Service is the right model for Asian market entry
Start with one market, scale to ten
Buy tokens for Vietnam today. Add China, India, and Malaysia next quarter — using the same pool, with no new contracts.
No stranded cost if the market changes
Tokens carry forward for 12 months. If a pilot site gets delayed, your investment doesn't evaporate.
Full visibility into your IT spend
Every resolved ticket, on-site visit, and consultation is logged against your token balance. CFOs love the predictability.
Surge capacity without hiring
Office expansion, M&A activity, system migrations — just redeem tokens. No recruitment lead times, no notice periods.
Token Service vs. Traditional MSP — Asia Pilot (100 users)
* Based on representative APAC IT engagement data. Actual costs vary by country and scope.
Token Service saves an average of 38–62% vs. equivalent headcount or traditional MSP contracts for 50–200 user Asia deployments.

FAQ
Questions we hear from every G2A client
How quickly can Brocent deploy IT support in a country where we have no existing setup?
For most cities in our network, we can have an on-site engineer within 4 business hours and a fully operational support structure within 5 business days. For highly complex or regulated environments (e.g. mainland China WFOE setup), a 2–4 week onboarding period is typical.
Do you provide Chinese and Japanese language helpdesk as part of the service?
Yes. Our helpdesk operates in Mandarin (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, English, Malay, and Vietnamese. Tickets can be logged in any supported language, and resolution notes are provided in both the user's language and your company's preferred management language.
Can you handle both PIPL (China) and GDPR (EU) compliance simultaneously for our data architecture?
This is one of our most common requirements for European clients in China. We have a dedicated compliance team that architects data flows to satisfy both frameworks — typically using data localisation in China combined with anonymisation before any cross-border transfer, plus contractual Standard Contractual Clauses for the EU side.
What is the minimum commitment for Token Service in Asia?
The minimum purchase is 20 tokens per zone (one zone = one country or major metro area). Tokens are valid for 12 months, with a 6-month carry-forward option. There is no minimum contract term — you can start with a single pilot country and expand as needed.
We're a financial services firm. Do you have experience with MAS TRM and SFC requirements?
Yes. We support several investment banks and insurance groups operating under MAS TRM (Singapore) and SFC licensing requirements (Hong Kong). Our documentation and incident response procedures are designed to meet audit standards for regulated financial institutions.
