LJ oversees the operational backbone of Brocent — service delivery, engineering resource management, and regional operations across Asia. He ensures that SLA commitments and quality standards are consistently met across all markets.

Amar is responsible for Brocent's global sales strategy and account management, driving revenue growth across all markets and regions. He leads the global sales team, builds strategic client relationships, and ensures that Brocent's service capabilities are effectively matched to client needs worldwide.

Stella brings more than 20 years of experience and leads Brocent's China sales organisation. She is in charge of C2G strategy and, together with her team, supports China-based customers in designing and delivering global IT services across EMEA, the United States, Southeast Asia, and Greater China.

Kelly leads human resources for Brocent globally — managing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and company culture across a diverse, multi-country team of 200+ employees. She is instrumental in building and retaining the engineering talent that powers Brocent's service quality.

Rogue leads account governance across Brocent's client portfolio, ensuring service accountability, contract compliance, and consistent quality standards across all accounts. He brings deep expertise in enterprise IT services and client management across East Asian markets.

Jingwen leads project operations at Brocent, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple countries and service lines. She ensures consistent project governance, resource coordination, and on-time delivery for Brocent's global client engagements.

Ajay heads business operations at Brocent, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional efficiency across the organisation. He brings a wealth of experience in IT service management and enterprise technology, ensuring Brocent's operations scale effectively with business growth.
