Common pricing questions
Are prices in USD?
All indicative prices default to USD. Use the currency switcher in the site header to view estimates in CNY, EUR, HKD, SGD, JPY or TWD at approximate exchange rates — actual invoicing is available in HKD, SGD, CNY, JPY, or EUR depending on your legal entity and billing location.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Managed IT plans require a minimum 12-month term. Token Service has no minimum — tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Why are the rates 'fully loaded'?
Each rate already absorbs local cost-of-living, bilingual and qualified engineers, training, cross-border banking, FX and double-taxation handling, credit-term financing, and 24×7 service-desk coordination overhead — so there are no hidden add-ons on the headline number.
Do the rates fall at higher volumes?
Yes — significantly. Fixed management and coordination overhead is shared across more work, so high-volume or multi-country programs price well below these single-ticket indicative rates. Ask sales for a volume-based quote.
Are these prices final?
No. All figures are indicative starting points. A firm price depends on scope, location, SLA and volume — contact the Brocent sales team for a formal quote.
Can I mix managed IT with token support?
Yes. Many clients use a managed IT plan for core offices and supplement with Token Service for satellite locations or project-based work.
