Common pricing questions
Are prices in USD?
Yes. All indicative prices are in USD. Invoicing in HKD, SGD, CNY, JPY, or EUR is available depending on your legal entity and billing location.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Managed IT plans require a minimum 12-month term. Token Service has no minimum — tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a complimentary 30-day onboarding period where you can test our monitoring and helpdesk before the full plan begins billing.
Can I mix managed IT with token support?
Yes. Many clients use a managed IT plan for their core offices and supplement with token service for satellite locations or project-based work.
What's included in the onboarding?
All plans include complimentary onboarding hours — 1 hr (Startup) up to 20 hrs (Enterprise). This covers asset discovery, tool deployment, and knowledge transfer.
Is hardware included?
Hardware is not included in any standard plan. We can procure and manage hardware on your behalf at cost-plus margins under a separate SOW.

All Brocent pricing is subject to 37 standard commercial assumptions covering currency, talent level, SLA coverage, after-hours multipliers, cancellation policy, travel charges, FX variance, and more. These apply to all managed IT plans, Token Service, and professional service engagements.
