On-Demand Engineer Dispatch (4-hr / NBD)

Submit a dispatch request through Brocent's helpdesk or ITSM platform. Engineers are dispatched to your location within a 4-hour emergency window (P1/P2) or next-business-day (NBD) for standard requests — arrival time SLA is contractual.

Brocent's field dispatch network covers major and secondary cities across Asia (HK, CN, JP, SG, TW, IN, TH, VN, ID), EMEA (UK, DE, PL, FR), and USCA (US, MX, CA) — giving multi-national operations a single dispatch partner.

Hardware Break-Fix On-Site

On-site hardware replacement, diagnostics, and repair for servers, workstations, printers, network switches, and AV equipment at branch locations — covering all major manufacturers under a single engagement.

Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting

Field engineers diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and ISP connectivity issues on-site — including physical cabling, switch/router configuration, and ISP liaison on behalf of the client.

Device Provisioning & Configuration

New device unboxing, imaging, configuration, and handover to end users at remote locations — ensuring new joiners at satellite offices are productive from day one without requiring a local IT resource.

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Visits

Pre-planned monthly or quarterly engineer visits for routine IT health checks at smaller offices — covering hardware inspection, cabling dress, firmware review, and documentation updates — preventing issues before they become incidents.
