Which model fits
Self-hosted, open-source or commercial SaaS?
Self-hosted / open-source — MeshCentral, Fleet Free, RustDesk
$0 vendor license — the software itself is genuinely free. You (or Brocent, on your behalf) run the server that brokers connections, which means full control over where session data and device inventory physically live. Support is community-only (GitHub issues, forums) unless you pay for RustDesk's hosted Pro relay or Fleet's Premium tier. Brocent's fee here is a deployment/management services charge, not a resale margin.
Commercial SaaS — TeamViewer, Splashtop, Sunlogin, Fleet Premium
A recurring subscription buys zero infrastructure burden — the vendor runs and scales the relay/broker service, and you get vendor-backed support with an SLA. The trade-off is less control over exactly where data sits and an ongoing per-seat or per-host cost. Brocent resells these through real partner programs (MSPConnect, TeamUP/Global MSP, Fleet Reseller) with normal reseller economics.
