ToDesk pricing — individual to enterprise

ToDesk's own published CNY list pricing, shown here converted to USD equivalent — from a free tier for individuals up to enterprise-grade audit logging, AD integration and unattended support channels. We license, deploy and manage ToDesk for your organization's mainland China operations.

How ToDesk licensing works

Individual tiers publish three rates each — an annual price (cheapest, paid yearly), a continuous-monthly price (auto-renews, no annual commitment) and a one-off single-month price (most expensive, no auto-renewal) — licensed per personal account. Enterprise is a separate product line, licensed per user (Standard, High-Performance Design) or per concurrent support channel (Technical Support) rather than per individual account, and adds audit logging, AD domain integration and access controls the individual tiers don't offer. Like Tencent Meeting elsewhere on this site, ToDesk has no separate global USD list price — it prices in CNY only, as a mainland-China-market product. The USD figures here are converted at this site's standard indicative rate; the real source price is always the CNY figure.

Sourcing & availability notice

Prices on this page and its vendor sheets are a mix of sourcing bases: Splashtop's, Fleet's, RustDesk's, ToDesk's and Sunlogin's own published official list prices; TeamViewer and AnyDesk aggregator-converged pricing (both vendors' own pricing pages blocked automated fetch during research — see the dedicated notice on each page). Actual pricing, invoicing currency and product/SKU availability can vary by order volume, term length and issuing partner. Always confirm exact pricing with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.

Enterprise tiers

A separate product line from the individual tiers above, licensed per user or per support channel with audit logging, AD integration and access controls individuals don't need.

Enterprise Standard

$9.38 / user / month

ToDesk's own published CNY price is CNY 805/user/year (CNY 67.08/month equivalent) — shown here converted to USD equivalent. 20+ security and management features: permanent security-log retention, encrypted screen recording, account-device binding, file-transfer controls, clipboard management, AD domain integration, remote printing and privacy screen. Base allocation: 1 user, 5 devices, 1 channel.

Enterprise High-Performance Design

$18.07 / user / month

ToDesk's own published CNY price is CNY 1,550/user/year (CNY 129.17/month equivalent) — shown here converted to USD equivalent. Adds optional 4K quality, 60 FPS refresh and peripheral device support (graphics tablets, game controllers) for cross-system creative and technical work. Same base allocation as Standard: 1 user, 5 devices, 1 channel.

Enterprise Technical Support

$36.08 / channel / month

ToDesk's own published CNY price is CNY 3,096/channel/year (exactly CNY 258/month) — shown here converted to USD equivalent. Licensed per support channel rather than per user: client-free SOS-style access, remote CMD/SSH, permanent operation logs, non-admin execution, user/device group management and AD domain integration. Base allocation: 3 users, 200 devices, 1 channel.

Private Deployment

Custom quote

Quote-based only — ToDesk publishes no list price. Requires a minimum 12-month commitment and a consultation with ToDesk's sales team; the deployment runs on infrastructure the customer controls rather than ToDesk's own relay network.

Which tier fits

Individual or very small team already comfortable in CNY billing

Professional through Performance cover ordinary remote access up to design/gaming-grade streaming needs, licensed per individual account rather than a team structure — the natural fit below Enterprise's per-seat management overhead.

IT department needing audit trails and AD integration

Enterprise Standard or High-Performance Design add permanent security-log retention, AD domain integration and account-device binding that the individual tiers don't offer — the real dividing line is compliance/audit needs, not just resolution or FPS.

Help desk running unattended, client-free support at scale

Enterprise Technical Support is licensed per concurrent support channel (not per user), with client-free SOS-style access and remote CMD/SSH built for a help desk fielding many one-off support sessions rather than always-on access to specific machines.

ToDesk pricing FAQ

Is ToDesk priced in USD or CNY?

ToDesk publishes its pricing in CNY only — like Tencent Meeting elsewhere on this site, there is no separate global USD list price. The USD figures on this page are converted from the real CNY price at Brocent's standard indicative FX rate, for display consistency with the rest of this site; the CNY figure quoted in each tier's description is the actual source price.

What's the difference between annual, continuous-monthly and single-month billing?

Annual is the cheapest per-month rate, paid up front for a year. Continuous-monthly auto-renews every month at a higher rate with no annual commitment. Single-month is the most expensive per-month option — a genuinely one-off purchase with no auto-renewal at all. ToDesk publishes all three rates for every individual tier; the price cards on this page lead with the annual rate and disclose the continuous-monthly rate as a secondary figure.

Does Brocent get a reseller margin on this?

Yes — ToDesk is sold as a resale relationship with normal reseller economics, the same as AnyDesk, Splashtop, TeamViewer and Fleet Premium in this category. It differs from the self-hosted MeshCentral/RustDesk page, where Brocent's fee is a deployment/management service charge rather than a resale margin, since the underlying software there is free.
