AnyDesk pricing — remote desktop & remote support

AnyDesk's commercial tiers from Solo (single technician) up to Ultimate (SSO, on-premises hosting), licensed by concurrent connections and managed devices rather than named seats. We license, deploy and manage AnyDesk for your team.

Pricing sourcing notice

Like TeamViewer elsewhere in this category, anydesk.com's own pricing page blocked automated sourcing during research (Cloudflare bot protection). The figures on this page are aggregator-converged — cross-checked across multiple independent third-party pricing trackers, not pulled directly from anydesk.com. AnyDesk has also raised prices more than once in recent years, so figures on other sites may be stale. Treat these as directionally accurate, not final; we confirm the exact current figure with AnyDesk before any quote.

How AnyDesk licensing works

AnyDesk licenses by concurrent outgoing connections and a cap on managed devices, not by named user seats the way some competitors do — Solo covers one connection, Standard scales to 20 users/500 devices, Advanced to 100 users/1,000 devices, and Ultimate removes the ceiling entirely with SSO and on-premises hosting for organizations that can't route sessions through AnyDesk's public relay network. All paid tiers are billed annually.

Free

Free

Personal, non-commercial use only

Standard

Most popular

$49.9 / license / month

Billed annually · up to 20 licensed users, up to 500 managed devices

The small-team tier: starts with one concurrent connection (additional connections purchasable), file transfer, session recording and a shared device address book for teams that have outgrown Solo's single-user scope.

Advanced

$111.9 / license / month

Billed annually · up to 100 licensed users, up to 1,000 managed devices

Adds what larger IT departments need for managed rollout: CLI and MSI-based mass deployment, Windows Group Policy support, role-based access control (RBAC) and mobile device management — built for organizations with an Active Directory environment to integrate against.

Ultimate

Custom quote

5+ licensed users, 2,000+ managed devices

Built for the largest, most security-conscious deployments: single sign-on (SSO), CRM/ITSM integrations, custom branding and dedicated support, with an on-premises hosting option for organizations that can't route sessions through AnyDesk's public relay network.

Sourcing & availability notice

Prices on this page and its vendor sheets are a mix of sourcing bases: Splashtop's, Fleet's, RustDesk's, ToDesk's and Sunlogin's own published official list prices; TeamViewer and AnyDesk aggregator-converged pricing (both vendors' own pricing pages blocked automated fetch during research — see the dedicated notice on each page). Actual pricing, invoicing currency and product/SKU availability can vary by order volume, term length and issuing partner. Always confirm exact pricing with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.

Which plan fits

Solo IT contractor or single technician

Solo covers the minimum commercial license: one technician, one connection at a time, up to 100 devices to manage — enough for a single-person IT practice without paying for team features nobody uses.

Small IT team supporting multiple clients or sites

Standard's shared device address book and up to 20 users/500 devices fits an MSP-style team juggling several client environments without every technician needing their own separate license tier.

Enterprise IT department with AD/policy requirements

Advanced (or Ultimate for SSO/on-premises needs) is the realistic floor once mass MSI deployment, Group Policy or role-based access control become real requirements rather than nice-to-haves.

AnyDesk pricing FAQ

Why do AnyDesk prices vary across different websites?

AnyDesk's own pricing page blocks automated data collection, and AnyDesk has raised prices more than once in recent years — some pricing trackers and comparison sites still show older, lower figures that no longer reflect current pricing. We cross-check multiple independent sources and flag this explicitly rather than presenting a single number as more certain than it is; always treat the figures here as directionally accurate and confirm the exact current price with Brocent before purchase.

Does Brocent get a reseller margin on this?

Yes — AnyDesk is sold as a resale relationship with normal reseller economics, the same as Splashtop, TeamViewer and Fleet Premium in this category. It differs from the self-hosted MeshCentral/RustDesk page, where Brocent's fee is a deployment/management service charge rather than a resale margin, since the underlying software there is free.
