Fleet pricing — open-source device management & MDM
Fleet's own published USD list pricing — Free through Managed Cloud. Fleet is open-core: the real open-source project is free to self-host, with a paid Premium tier for advanced MDM and support. We deploy and manage Fleet for your device fleet either way.
How Fleet works
Fleet is built on osquery, an open-source agent that turns each device's operating system into a queryable database — that's the foundation for Fleet's device inventory, policy checks and reporting. It's genuinely open-core: the Free tier is the real, full open-source project (not a crippled trial), self-hosted at no license cost. Premium adds cross-platform MDM (macOS, Windows and Linux from one console), software deployment, vulnerability scanning and unlimited vendor support, and can run either self-hosted or on Fleet's own managed cloud — useful if you want Premium's features without operating the infrastructure yourself.

Sourcing & availability notice
Prices on this page and its vendor sheets are a mix of sourcing bases: Splashtop's, Fleet's, RustDesk's and Sunlogin's own published official list prices, and TeamViewer aggregator-converged pricing (teamviewer.com's own pricing page is JS-rendered and blocked automated fetch during research — see the dedicated notice on that page). Actual pricing, invoicing currency and product/SKU availability can vary by order volume, term length and issuing partner. Always confirm exact pricing with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.
Which tier fits
Team wanting device inventory with no vendor lock-in
Free covers real device inventory, labels and policy reporting at zero license cost — the trade-off is self-hosting the infrastructure and no vendor support if something breaks.
Cross-platform team needing real MDM and patching
Premium adds MDM across macOS, Windows and Linux plus software deployment and vulnerability scanning — the step up once device management needs to actually push changes, not just observe them.
Enterprise fleet needing negotiated volume terms
Managed Cloud/Custom is for 700+ host fleets where a per-host list price stops being the right way to buy — volume discounts and SLA terms are negotiated directly.
Fleet pricing FAQ
Is Fleet the same kind of product as MeshCentral or RustDesk?
Related but different. Fleet is device management and telemetry (osquery-based inventory, policy, MDM) — it's not built for interactive remote-control sessions the way Splashtop, TeamViewer, MeshCentral and RustDesk are. Fleet's Free tier is open-source and self-hosted like MeshCentral/RustDesk, but Fleet also sells its own paid Premium tier directly (open-core), unlike MeshCentral which has no paid tier at all.
Does Brocent get a reseller margin on Fleet?
Yes, on Premium — Fleet runs a real Reseller partner program with dedicated partner support, training and deal registration, so Brocent has normal reseller economics on the paid tier. On Free, there's no license to resell at all — Brocent's fee there is entirely a deployment/management service charge, the same model as the self-hosted MeshCentral/RustDesk page.
Deploying Fleet across your device fleet?
Tell us your host count and whether you want self-hosted or Fleet-managed cloud — we'll size the right tier, handle deployment and configure MDM policy for you.
