That depth comes from a genuine appetite for continuous learning — he holds advanced ITIL and PMP certifications, is well-versed in penetration testing, endpoint security management, and Ekahau wireless site surveys, and works fluently across the major platforms clients actually run on: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, GCP, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet.
