Brocent's Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitors all network and server devices around the clock from 10+ global checkpoints with 1-minute checks. Any unnatural condition triggers an immediate ticket and technician investigation.
Preventive Maintenance & Firmware
Scheduled quarterly health checks, configuration backups, firmware upgrades, and capacity assessments. Remediation plans are prepared for the most commonly occurring infrastructure incidents — preventing failures before they impact your business.
Remote Monitoring & Management
Remote login tools give technicians virtual access to any managed device. Incidents are triaged remotely first — escalated to on-site only when necessary. Phone call escalation for critical issues. Email notification for standard incidents.
Device-Level Dashboard

How Billing Works
Three Types of Service Charge
Brocent's NOC service has a transparent three-component billing structure. Unused support credits are carried forward for an additional 6 months — and can be topped up at any time.

Data Sanitisation
Upon service offboarding, all deployed monitoring agents are uninstalled and all customer system data is sanitised from Brocent's monitoring platform.
