Zoom pricing — Basic to Enterprise
Zoom's own published global USD list pricing across four Workplace tiers, from a free Basic plan up to enterprise-grade unlimited storage and dedicated support. We license, deploy and manage Zoom for your organization.
How Zoom licensing works
Every paid tier publishes two rates: an Annual price (paid yearly, billed at the lower monthly-equivalent rate) and a higher Monthly price with no annual commitment, cancel anytime. Zoom does not offer Microsoft-style regional CSP pricing — this is one global USD list price, not a per-market rate. Brocent procures, licenses, deploys and manages Zoom for your organization, including migration from your current meeting platform.

Regional pricing & availability notice
Google Workspace, Zoom and Microsoft Teams prices on this page are each vendor's own published global USD list prices — a single worldwide rate, unlike Microsoft 365's real per-market (China, Hong Kong, Singapore) pricing shown elsewhere in this category. Tencent Meeting is a third, distinct case: Tencent publishes its real list price in CNY only, as a mainland-China-market product with no separate global USD price — the USD figures on its pillar page are a converted estimate at this site's standard indicative rate, not a price Tencent itself publishes. None of this is Brocent's APAC (Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia) invoicing price or currency. Actual pricing, invoicing currency, licensing terms and product/tier availability vary by country and are set by Google, Zoom, Microsoft or Tencent, not Brocent. Always confirm exact regional pricing and invoicing currency with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote. One more mainland-China-specific note for Microsoft Teams: its price here is Microsoft's global commercial cloud rate, not Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet (a separate, China-hosted cloud with its own terms); separately, Microsoft is discontinuing Teams for personal/free accounts in mainland China from August 17, 2026 — see the Microsoft Teams pricing page for both details.
Add Zoom Phone and more
Beyond the four core Workplace tiers, Zoom sells calling, room hardware and webinar capacity as separate products. Combined Workplace + Phone bundles are the simplest way to add calling; the rest are one-line mentions, not full pricing tables — ask us to size the right combination for your team.
Pro Plus (Pro + Phone Unlimited Regional)
$20.5 / user / month
Bundles Pro with Zoom Phone Unlimited Regional calling into a single per-user annual list rate.
Business Plus (Business + Phone Unlimited Regional)
$24.5 / user / month
Bundles Business with Zoom Phone Unlimited Regional calling into a single per-user annual list rate.
Zoom Phone (standalone)
$10.5–16 / user / month
Licensed separately from Workplace; rate depends on the Metered or Regional Unlimited calling plan chosen.
Zoom Rooms
From $41.58 / room / month
Turns a physical meeting room into a managed, one-touch Zoom Rooms device; billed annually per room.
Zoom Webinars
From $66–83 / month
Monthly list price scales with attendee capacity; the entry-level attendee tier is shown here.
AI Companion
Free
Included at no extra cost with every paid Workplace plan (Pro, Business, Enterprise). Basic gets a capped free monthly-usage tier instead of the full feature set.
Which tier fits
Solo users and small teams testing video calls
Basic is free with no license purchase — 1:1 calls are unlimited, and group meetings work fine for quick catch-ups within the 40-minute cap. It covers casual or internal use until group meetings routinely need to run longer.
Growing teams that want AI meeting notes without a big commitment
Pro has no license minimum (1–99 licenses), a 30-hour meeting cap, 10 GB of cloud recording per license, and AI Companion included at no extra cost — the natural next step once Basic's 40-minute cap and lack of cloud storage become limiting.
Larger or security-conscious teams needing SSO and centralized IT control
Business (minimum 10, up to 250 licenses) adds single sign-on, managed domains, company branding and an admin dashboard with advanced analytics. Enterprise goes further with unlimited storage, a dedicated customer success manager and full admin/API controls for organizations that outgrow Business's 250-license ceiling — quote-based, no published list price.
Zoom pricing FAQ
Is Zoom Basic really free forever?
Yes — no license purchase is required and there's no expiry. The trade-offs are a 40-minute cap on meetings with 3 or more participants (1:1 meetings are unlimited), local recording only with no cloud storage, and AI Companion limited to a capped free monthly-usage tier.
What's the difference between Annual and Monthly billing?
Annual is paid yearly at the lower per-user rate shown as the headline price (e.g. Pro at $14.16/user/month). Monthly has no annual commitment — cancel anytime — at a higher per-user rate (Pro at $16.99/user/month, roughly 20% more). Enterprise is quote-based either way.
Is there a license minimum?
Pro has no minimum (1–99 licenses). Business requires a minimum of 10 licenses, up to 250. Enterprise has no published maximum but Zoom states a minimum around 250 licenses and is quote-based — the right fit once a company outgrows Business's ceiling.
Does Zoom Phone come bundled with Workplace plans?
No — Zoom Phone is a separate product, licensed and billed per user. Zoom sells combined Pro Plus and Business Plus bundles (Workplace + Phone Unlimited Regional) at a single blended annual rate, or Phone can be added standalone from around $10.50/user/month depending on the calling plan.
