Google Workspace pricing — Business Starter to Enterprise

Google's own published global USD list pricing across four tiers, from custom business email up to enterprise-grade security and compliance controls. We license, deploy and manage Google Workspace for your organization.

How Google Workspace licensing works

Every Business tier publishes two rates: an Annual price (1-year commitment, billed monthly) and a higher Flexible price with no commitment, cancel anytime. Google does not offer Microsoft-style regional CSP pricing — this is one global USD list price, not a per-market rate. Brocent procures, licenses, deploys and manages Google Workspace for your organization, including migration from your current email and file platform.

Regional pricing & availability notice

Google Workspace prices on this page are Google's own published global USD list prices — a single worldwide rate, unlike Microsoft 365's real per-market (China, Hong Kong, Singapore) pricing shown elsewhere in this category. This is not Brocent's APAC (Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia) invoicing price or currency. Actual pricing, invoicing currency, licensing terms and product/tier availability vary by country and are set by Google, not Brocent. Always confirm exact regional pricing and invoicing currency with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.

Which tier fits

Small teams that just need professional email

Business Starter covers custom business email, ad-free Gmail and 30 GB storage per user — enough for a small team's core communication and files without paying for features it won't use.

Teams that want AI built into Docs, Sheets and Slides

Gemini only shows up across Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet and Chat from Business Standard up — Starter's Gemini is limited to Gmail and the Gemini app. If day-to-day AI assistance across the whole suite matters, Standard is the entry point, not Starter.

Larger or security-conscious teams needing bigger meetings and compliance controls

Business Plus steps up to 500-participant meetings with attendance tracking and enhanced security. Enterprise goes further with S/MIME encryption, DLP, context-aware access and advanced endpoint management for regulated or larger organizations — quote-based, no published list price.

Google Workspace pricing FAQ

Does Business Starter include Gemini in Docs, Sheets and Slides?

No. Starter's Gemini access is limited to Gmail and the standalone Gemini app. Gemini inside Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet and Chat requires Business Standard or above — a common assumption worth double-checking before you buy.

What's the difference between Annual and Flexible pricing?

Annual is a 1-year commitment billed monthly at the lower per-user rate shown as the headline price. Flexible has no annual commitment — you can cancel anytime — at a roughly 20% higher per-user rate. Enterprise is quote-based either way.

Is there a user minimum or maximum?

Business Starter, Standard and Plus all cap at 300 users. Enterprise has no published user minimum or maximum and is quote-based — the right fit once a company outgrows the 300-user Business ceiling.

Is Google Workspace priced per market like Microsoft 365 on this site?

No. Microsoft 365 on this site shows real China/Hong Kong/Singapore local-currency pricing. Google Workspace publishes one global USD list price with no regional CSP variants — the same figure shown here applies worldwide. See the disclaimer on this page for how that differs from Brocent's own APAC invoicing.
