Tencent Meeting pricing — Free to Enterprise

Tencent's own published CNY list pricing for Tencent Meeting (腾讯会议), shown here converted to USD equivalent — from a free tier up to enterprise-grade 500+ participant capacity. We license, deploy and manage Tencent Meeting for your organization's mainland China operations.

How Tencent Meeting licensing works

Every paid tier publishes two rates: an Annual price (paid yearly, billed at the lower monthly-equivalent rate) and a higher Monthly price with no annual commitment. Unlike Zoom, Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams, Tencent Meeting has no separate global USD list price — Tencent prices it in CNY only, as a mainland-China-market product. The USD figures here are converted at this site's standard indicative rate; the real source price is always the CNY figure. Brocent procures, licenses, deploys and manages Tencent Meeting for your organization, including migration from your current meeting platform.

500+ participants · modular per-seat and per-room pricing

Regional pricing & availability notice

Google Workspace, Zoom and Microsoft Teams prices on this page are each vendor's own published global USD list prices — a single worldwide rate, unlike Microsoft 365's real per-market (China, Hong Kong, Singapore) pricing shown elsewhere in this category. Tencent Meeting is a third, distinct case: Tencent publishes its real list price in CNY only, as a mainland-China-market product with no separate global USD price — the USD figures on its pillar page are a converted estimate at this site's standard indicative rate, not a price Tencent itself publishes. None of this is Brocent's APAC (Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia) invoicing price or currency. Actual pricing, invoicing currency, licensing terms and product/tier availability vary by country and are set by Google, Zoom, Microsoft or Tencent, not Brocent. Always confirm exact regional pricing and invoicing currency with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote. One more mainland-China-specific note for Microsoft Teams: its price here is Microsoft's global commercial cloud rate, not Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet (a separate, China-hosted cloud with its own terms); separately, Microsoft is discontinuing Teams for personal/free accounts in mainland China from August 17, 2026 — see the Microsoft Teams pricing page for both details.

Add cloud recording, large meetings and more

Beyond the four core tiers, Tencent sells cloud recording storage, large-meeting capacity, webinars, meeting room hardware licensing and room connectors as separate add-ons. These are one-line mentions, not full pricing tables — ask us to size the right combination for your team.

Cloud recording storage

From $48.95 / year

From CNY 350/year for 50 GB (also billable monthly at CNY 35/month), scaling to CNY 700/year for 100 GB and CNY 1,400/year for 200 GB; Business tier unlocks a 1 TB option at CNY 2,000/account/year. Available on Professional, Business and Education tiers.

Large Meeting capacity

From $1,508.8 / year

From CNY 10,788/year for 500-participant capacity, scaling to CNY 28,888/year for 1,000 participants and CNY 76,888/year for 2,000 participants.

Webinar

From $1,006.99 / year

From CNY 7,200/year for a 300-attendee webinar package, scaling up to CNY 624,000/year for the largest published tier (10,000 attendees).

Meeting Rooms hardware license

From $223.78 / room / year

From CNY 1,600/year for a 100-participant-capacity room license, CNY 3,500/year for a 300-participant-capacity room license.

Meeting Room Connector (MRA)

$699.3 / unit / year

CNY 5,000/unit/year — bridges existing third-party video conferencing room hardware into Tencent Meeting.

AI Assistant Pro

Free

Tencent's published documentation lists AI Assistant Pro as a time-limited free trial feature across Free, Professional, Business and Education tiers, not a permanently-included or separately-priced add-on — confirm current availability before purchase.

Which tier fits

Small teams doing routine calls with mainland China-based partners

Free needs no account purchase — meetings under 40 minutes cover quick catch-ups. It suits casual or internal use until meetings routinely need to run longer or exceed 100 participants.

Growing teams that need unlimited meeting length and larger participant counts

Professional (1–5 accounts) removes the 40-minute cap for meetings of 100+ participants and adds optional cloud recording storage — the natural next step once Free's time limit becomes a real constraint.

Larger organizations needing 300+ participant meetings and higher account counts

Business (6–255 accounts, minimum 6) raises the participant ceiling to 300+ and unlocks a 1 TB cloud recording option. Enterprise goes further with 500+ participant support and modular per-account/per-room pricing for organizations that outgrow Business — quote-based, no published list price.

Tencent Meeting pricing FAQ

Is Tencent Meeting priced in USD or CNY?

Tencent publishes Tencent Meeting pricing in CNY only — unlike Zoom, Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams, there is no separate global USD list price. The USD figures on this page are converted from the real CNY price at Brocent's standard indicative FX rate, for display consistency with the rest of this site; the CNY figure quoted in each tier's description is the actual source price.

Is there a difference between annual and monthly billing?

Yes — the same pattern as Zoom. Annual is paid yearly at the lower rate (e.g. Professional at CNY 988/account/year, roughly CNY 82.33/month equivalent). Monthly has no annual commitment at a higher rate (Professional at CNY 98/account/month). Enterprise is quote-based either way.

Is there a minimum number of accounts?

Professional allows 1–5 accounts, with no separately stated minimum below 5. Business requires a minimum of 6 accounts, up to 255. Enterprise has no published maximum and is quote-based, for organizations with 500+ participant meeting needs.

Is there an Education tier?

Yes — Tencent publishes a separate Education tier (CNY 760/account/year, or CNY 76/account/month, 20–255 accounts) restricted to eligible educational institutions and public-sector organizations rather than for-profit education companies. Its participant capacity and cloud storage add-ons match Business. Ask Brocent to confirm your eligibility before purchase.
