Hexnode pricing — mobile device management (UEM)

Hexnode's own published per-device/month USD list pricing across four tiers, from mobile-only kiosk management up to full unified endpoint management with OS patching. We license, deploy and manage Hexnode for your fleet.

How Hexnode's platform works

Hexnode has the broadest cross-platform coverage in this category — iOS/iPadOS, Android, Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, visionOS and tvOS from a single console, rather than requiring separate tools per operating system. Brocent works with Hexnode through a real four-track partner program (Reseller, Distributor, GSI and Service Partner), plus a dedicated multi-tenant product, Hexnode UEM MSP, built specifically for managed service providers like Brocent running many client tenants from one place.

Buyer note: OS patch management (macOS/Windows) is only included at the Ultra tier — a common assumption that it ships at a lower tier is wrong for Pro, Enterprise and Ultimate.

Ultra is the only Hexnode tier that includes patch management — Pro, Enterprise and Ultimate do not, despite that being a common buyer assumption.

Sourcing & availability notice

Prices on this page and its vendor sheets are a mix of sourcing bases: Hexnode's and Microsoft's own published list prices, aggregator-observed pricing for Jamf (jamf.com/pricing is contact-sales-gated for Jamf Pro), and aggregator-estimated ranges for the seven hub-only comparison vendors, several of which publish no public pricing at all. Actual pricing, invoicing currency and product/SKU availability can vary by order volume, term length and issuing partner. Always confirm exact pricing with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.

Which tier fits

Mobile-only fleets — phones & tablets

Pro covers kiosk management, mobile app management, location tracking and Apple ABM/Android Enterprise enrollment for organizations that only need to manage phones and tablets, not laptops or desktops.

Mixed mobile + desktop fleets wanting broader control

Enterprise adds basic desktop management and directory integration; Ultimate goes further with automation, Windows Autopilot and remote control — the right step-up once a fleet includes laptops and desktops alongside mobile devices.

Regulated fleets that need OS patch management built in

If patching macOS/Windows OS versions is a compliance requirement, only Ultra bundles it — don't assume it ships at Pro, Enterprise or even Ultimate, since none of those three tiers include OS patch management.

Hexnode pricing FAQ

Is patch management included?

Only at the Ultra tier, which is quote-based. Pro, Enterprise and Ultimate — including the Ultimate tier most buyers assume is the "full" plan — do not include OS patch management for macOS or Windows. Confirm this explicitly if patching compliance is a requirement.

What's the minimum device count?

There's no hard published minimum. Hexnode offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so a small fleet can evaluate the platform before committing to a per-device license count.

Rolling out Hexnode across your fleet?

Tell us your device mix and whether OS patch management is a requirement — we'll size the right tier, handle enrollment (ABM/Android Enterprise/Autopilot) and configure policies for you.
