DigiCert pricing — enterprise TLS, code signing & document signing
Official DigiCert list pricing for OV and EV TLS certificates, with free ACME automation configured for renewal included in every tier. We source, deploy and manage DigiCert certificates for your team.
How DigiCert certificates work
DigiCert doesn't sell Domain Validated (DV) certificates under its own brand — its own-brand lineup starts at Organization Validated (OV), which verifies your organization's legal identity before issuance. The Basic tiers cover standard warranty needs for most sites; the Secure Site tiers step up to $1.75M in warranty coverage plus daily malware and blocklist scanning, built for higher-liability organizations like finance, healthcare and e-commerce. Every tier includes free ACME automation, configured at setup — that matters more than ever now that certificate validity periods are shrinking fast industry-wide (see our FAQ on the Digital Certificates hub for the schedule). Multi-domain/SAN, code signing and document signing certificates are also available through DigiCert — ask us for a quote, since DigiCert doesn't publish these as a static price on its storefront.

Sourcing & availability notice
Prices on this page and its vendor sheets are a mix of sourcing bases: DigiCert's and SSL.com's own published official list prices, and Sectigo reseller/aggregator-observed pricing (Sectigo publishes no direct public list price for its own storefront). Actual pricing, invoicing currency, validation requirements and product/SKU availability can vary by order volume, term length and issuing partner. Always confirm exact pricing and validation requirements with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.
Which tier fits
Standard corporate site needing organization trust
Basic OV covers standard warranty needs for a single domain — the right default for most corporate sites that just need organization-validated TLS.
Site handling payments, logins or sensitive data
Basic EV raises the public-trust bar with full legal-entity vetting — a step up for sites where visitors need strong assurance of who they're dealing with.
Finance, healthcare or e-commerce with higher liability exposure
The Secure Site tiers add up to $1.75M warranty plus daily malware/blocklist scanning — built for higher-liability organizations where a breach or blocklisting is a serious business risk, not just an inconvenience.
DigiCert pricing FAQ
Why is DigiCert more expensive than Sectigo for the same certificate type?
The price difference reflects higher warranty coverage and DigiCert's own CA infrastructure and support model, not a difference in encryption strength — both CAs issue browser-trusted certificates that meet the same industry validation standards.
Does the price include renewal?
Yes, in the sense that renewal itself is automated at no extra fee: ACME automation is configured at setup so certificates renew before the current 200-day (soon shorter) validity window expires. You do pay the next term's list price when it renews — there's no separate renewal surcharge on top of it.
Need a DigiCert certificate deployed?
Tell us your domain(s) and validation requirements — we'll source the right DigiCert tier, handle validation paperwork, and configure automated renewal so it never lapses.
