Technical architects conduct a requirements assessment and produce a costed, vendor-neutral High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) — so you know exactly what is being built before any engineer sets foot on site.
PMP/PRINCE2 Certified Project Management
Every project is assigned a dedicated PMP or PRINCE2-certified project manager with a structured project plan, milestone tracker, risk register, dependency log, and regular stakeholder update cadence.
Certified Implementation Engineers
Implementation is executed by engineers certified on the relevant technology — CCNA/CCNP for networking, MCSE for Microsoft, manufacturer-certified for hardware — with QA checkpoints at each project phase.
Bill of Materials and Procurement
Brocent's supply chain team sources hardware and software at regional volume pricing — Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Dell, HP — with multi-country import, logistics, and asset-tagging handled end-to-end.
Offsite Staging and Pre-Configuration
Equipment is shipped to Brocent's staging centre for pre-loading configuration, firmware updates, and factory acceptance testing before delivery — reducing on-site installation time and risk significantly.
Handover, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Project completion includes a comprehensive technical runbook, as-built diagrams, user guides, and a structured knowledge transfer session — ensuring your team can manage and maintain the delivered solution.

Brocent architects assess your needs and produce a vendor-neutral High Level Design and commercial proposal.
LLD & Procurement
Detailed Low Level Design is produced. Hardware and software are procured and dispatched to the staging centre.
Staging & Pre-Config
Equipment is configured, tested, and factory-accepted at Brocent's staging centre before site delivery.
On-site Delivery & UAT
Engineers install, commission, and complete User Acceptance Testing. Sign-off triggers handover.
