Customers & Contracts
Every asset requires a customer; assets are discoverable from the customer and contract pages. Customer deletion is blocked when linked assets exist.
Procurement (Bills → O2D → Subscription)
Hardware and software vendor bills trigger a 5-step procurement workflow — Bill → Pending → O2D → Delivery → Activate Subscription.
Notification Center
Celery tasks send daily warranty expiry alerts at 30, 60, and 90-day thresholds. Software license expiry alerts run on a separate daily schedule.

Is FINOS IT Asset Manager available as a standalone product? +
FINOS IT Asset Manager is a proprietary platform built and maintained by Brocent. It is available exclusively to Brocent Managed IT clients as part of their service contract at no additional cost. It is not offered as a standalone product.
How does Intune sync work? +
After running a security scan in FINOS IT Auditor, you can sync Intune-managed devices directly into the Asset Manager. Devices are matched by Intune Device ID or serial number + customer to avoid duplicates. Compliance state maps automatically to asset status.
How many assets can the system handle? +
There is no hard asset limit. The asset list supports pagination at 20/50/100/200 rows and CSV export of up to 5,000 records per export for offline analysis.
Does it integrate with the Tickets module? +
Integration between FINOS IT Tickets and FINOS IT Asset Manager is on the product roadmap. Field service tasks will link to asset records for work order and maintenance coordination.
How are software licenses tracked? +
Each software license record includes license type (per-device, per-user, site, concurrent), total seats, computed used and available seats, expiry date, and a 90-day expiry warning. Licenses link to customers, contracts, and assets.
