Microsoft 365 Copilot pricing — Business & Enterprise
Microsoft's own published per-user/month USD pricing for the two Copilot tiers, licensed as an add-on to a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan. We license, deploy and manage Copilot for your organization through the exact same CSP channel we already use for your core Microsoft 365 subscription.
How it works
Copilot connects to your organization's own Microsoft 365 data — your actual documents, emails, chats and meetings — rather than behaving as a generic chatbot. It requires a qualifying base Microsoft 365 plan; the realistic all-in cost (base plan + Copilot) runs roughly $66–87 per user per month depending on your existing subscription tier. Because it's licensed through the exact same Microsoft CSP channel Brocent already uses for core M365, there's no separate program to join and no separate vendor relationship to manage — Copilot is simply an added line item on the invoice you already have.

Sourcing & availability notice
Microsoft 365 Copilot pricing is Microsoft's own published CSP rate card. The Section B reference figures are a mix of vendor-published list pricing and researched estimates — several vendors gate pricing behind checkout flows or publish conflicting numbers across sources, and no purchase or billing relationship with Brocent exists for most of them. Always confirm exact, current pricing directly with the vendor or with Brocent before committing budget; nothing on this page is a quote.
Microsoft 365 Copilot pricing FAQ
Do I need a specific Microsoft 365 plan first?
Yes — Copilot is an add-on, not a standalone product. It licenses on top of a qualifying Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise (E3/E5) plan. We check that your current tier qualifies before quoting, so you're never sold an add-on your base plan can't support.
Is this the same as the free Copilot in Windows?
No. The free consumer Copilot built into Windows and the Microsoft 365 apps doesn't connect to your organization's own M365 data — it's a general-purpose assistant. This page covers the licensed, enterprise-connected version that reads and reasons over your org's actual Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams content.
