Pricing scales down per seat as headcount grows — published bands run from 25–50 seats up through 1,000+ seats, which moves to a custom quote. The figures shown here reflect the 101–250 seat band. Tell us your headcount and we'll confirm your exact band and per-seat rate.
Has KnowBe4 had any security incidents?
Yes, worth knowing about honestly: in 2024, KnowBe4's own Security Operations Center detected and stopped a fraudulent-hire infiltration attempt within 25 minutes of the new hire's first day — no company data was compromised, and KnowBe4 published a full public post-mortem of the incident. Arguably a demonstration of the detection capability working as intended, but we're not going to omit it either way.
