How Action1 pricing works
Notably, Action1 does not gate features by tier — Free and paid tiers ship the identical OS/third-party patching, remote-access and scripting capability. The only differences between tiers are endpoint-count scale and support SLA access. Action1 launched a real MSP Partner Program in September 2025 offering advantage pricing and, for MSP partners specifically, reported month-to-month billing (versus standard annual billing for direct customers).
Self-manage patching, or evaluate a full RMM platform?
Action1 is a lightweight, patch-first tool — it's the right fit if patching and vulnerability visibility are your main need. If you're evaluating a full remote monitoring & management (RMM) platform with an integrated PSA suite, that's a different buying decision, typically priced per technician rather than per device.
