1Password Business pricing — password management & secrets for teams
Reference pricing for 1Password's Teams and Business plans, billed annually. 1Password does not publish Enterprise pricing; we size the right plan, provision it for your team, and manage vault structure, SSO integration and security policies as part of an identity engagement.
Regional pricing & availability notice
Prices on this page and its vendor sheets come from three different sourcing bases: Okta's and 1Password's own published global USD list prices; NordPass's price under Brocent's negotiated Nord Security partner deal (Nord publishes no separate public list price for NordPass at this tier); and ITGlue's reseller/aggregator-observed reference price (IT Glue does not publish an official public rate card). None of these are Brocent's APAC (Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia) list prices, currencies, or confirmed availability. Actual pricing, invoicing currency, licensing terms, and product/tier availability vary by country and are set by the vendor or Brocent's partner agreement, not published unilaterally by Brocent. As identity and access-control systems, deployments in mainland China in particular may require additional data-residency, cross-border-data-transfer, and cybersecurity-law review beyond simple currency/availability differences. Always confirm exact regional pricing, licensing, and compliance requirements with Brocent before purchase; nothing on this page is a quote.
How 1Password works
1Password stores passwords, secure notes and other credentials in end-to-end encrypted vaults, accessible from browser extensions, desktop apps and mobile apps. Watchtower continuously monitors every vault for weak, reused and breached passwords and flags them for the account owner. Travel Mode lets a traveling employee temporarily remove sensitive vaults from their devices before crossing a border, then restore them afterward. Business and above add SSO integration so sign-in follows your existing identity provider, plus advanced vault permissions, sharing controls, and custom activity reporting for admins.

Which plan fits
Small team, under 10 people
Teams Starter Pack covers password sharing, Watchtower security alerts, role-based permissions and developer tools (CLI/SDK) at a flat rate for up to 10 members — no per-seat billing until you outgrow it.
Growing team needing SSO
Business adds SSO integration, advanced vault permissions and sharing, Watchtower alerts at scale, and custom activity reporting — the right tier once your team outgrows flat-rate self-management.
Enterprise deployment & compliance needs
1Password does not publish Enterprise pricing — a custom-scoped deployment for large organizations with advanced provisioning and compliance needs beyond what Business covers. Talk to us for a quote.
1Password pricing FAQ
How is this different from NordPass, also on this site?
Both are credible business password managers with overlapping core capability — encrypted vaults, sharing, breach/weak-password monitoring and SSO. The real differences are ecosystem fit, flat-rate-vs-per-seat structure at the entry tier, and price, not one being more capable than the other. Tell us your team size and existing identity provider (if any) and we'll recommend the better fit.
Does the Teams Starter Pack really cover 10 members at one flat price?
Yes — it's a flat monthly rate for up to 10 members, billed annually, rather than a per-seat price. Additional seats beyond 10 are billed per member, at which point Business (priced per user) typically becomes the simpler and more cost-effective option.
